Southern
Door & Hardware has an outstanding team of project managers who understand
the importance of keeping in touch with their customers. This approach has resulted
in repeat business and excellent working relationships. We have managed projects
from $10,000 to $7,000,000.00. Our project managers are available any time they
are needed and have extensive experience in all aspects of the construction industry.
Some of that experience is the result of working for general contractors in the
past therefore enabling them to better appreciate their customer's needs. All
are committed to continuing education in order to stay abreast of current trends
and new products in the door, hardware and security industries.
Southern Door & Hardware project managers follow guidelines that
enable them to take care of all customer needs, sometimes even before
the customer realizes that need. They are capable of handling multiple
projects while giving each job individual attention. Delegating work and
being able to schedule with flexibility gives them the ability to manage
each project as a top priority and complete each job on schedule.
